The Cleveland-Kidder ® Classic Line is still available and supported as a legacy range from the USA manufacturer Cleveland-Kidder ® These transducers (Load Cells) provide a highly responsive linear output signal for measuring, monitoring and controlling web tension in continuous processes.
They comprise of a half bridge semi-conductor strain-gauge design and a temperature compensation network for consistent accuracy and performance. With a 5.6Vdc excitation and a 230mV maximum nominal output.
In order to operate with the majority of Amplifiers and controllers on the market they must either be purchased in pairs or a single transducer must be used in conjunction with a pair of resistors to complete the bridge.

Featuring: 40:1 tension range and noise immunity (heavy rollers with light measurements), 5.6Vdc excitation 400mV maximum nominal output, 4 wire connectors with long cable runs.
